Facebook is rolling out a new look for Business Pages, and it has be excited! I love the new look, its clean, fresh + Easy to navigate.

With the change there is a few things you need to know. Your old timeline image may be affected if you have text running along the bottom, this is because the, Information and Like button are now hovering over the bottom of the timeline image. I have displayed this in white so you can see.

The image size is still the same 851 x 315px and  the size of the profile image has not changed either, however notice how much of your thumbnail now covers your timeline image.

Apart from your timeline image there are a few other changes…

There is now now two columns, on the right you have all your posts, this is fantastic news it now means that all your posts will appear consistently on your Page and in your News Feed.

The left side column of your timeline will features information about your business, your hours of business, phone number and website URL, as well as photos and videos if you are a business with a brick-and-mortar location OR if you are purely based online it will have your likes, information about your business, apps, photos, videos, posts to page and also the pages your business has liked. You will be able to rearrange the order of this information soon.

It will now be much easier to access your key admin tools. It does not matter where you are on your page you will now be able to view your information about new likes, unread notifications + messages and any information about ads you may have running.

In addition to the new streamlined look, Facebook has added a new little feature: Pages to Watch. You can use this tool to monitor and track  the performance of some of your competition, showing your businesses how you stack up against them.
I cannot wait for it to roll over on Sprowt! Do you already have it? What do you think? Let us know!
